fresh fruits are packed full of vitamins, proteins and anti oxidants, they are fabulous used in combination with different facial clays to create an instant skin treat! Most fruits will need to be washed, peeled and mashed prior to adding into the recipe
materials and ingredients...
- 2 tablespoons of any of the following pulped
- fruit or vegetable: cucumber, pineapple, pears,
- watermelon, banana, avocado, grapes, peaches
- 2 tablespoons of clay - pink, green or white
- 1 dessertspoon rosehip oil or other carrier oil
directions...
1. prepare fruit of vegetable pulp
2.sprinkle clay over pulp
3. add in carrier oil
4. mix well and spoon into jars
5. kep unused portion in the fridge
